Description

The Digital Persona U.are.U 4500 is an amazing USB peripheral fingerprint reader and perfect for individual desktop users as well as multiple users in shared environments. The compact design of this device conserves desk space in the enterprises and its professionally designed modern appearance is very elegant at the point-of-sale environments.

The U.are.U 4500 sensor has a large fingerprint capture area and excellent image quality. It utilizes optical fingerprint scanning technology in order to achieve superior readability. The silicone coating allows this device to read numerous fingerprints rapidly and accurately regardless of placement angle. Moreover, its high-quality metal casing resists unintentional movement.

Using an U.are.U 4500 reader is extremely easy. You are supposed to place your finger on the scanning surface. The reader will then automatically and quickly encrypt as well as capture your fingerprint image prior to sending it for verification to the fingerprint matching engine. A red “flash” will indicate that your fingerprint image has been captured for superior user feedback.
